Anika Amberg

After my law studies in Jena I went to Russia where I taught as a lecturer at the Robert Bosch Foundation at the Krasnoyarsk State University for one year. I underwent my practical training in legal work in Bochum and Arnsberg. Since 2004 I have been working as a lawyer mainly in the field of construction and architect law.

„Legal advice in my clients’ economic interest“

is the motif and aim of my work as a lawyer. I advise construction enterprises, no matter whether they are customers or contractors, on matters relating to the law on contracts for work and services and on the provisions of the VOB/B [German contract procedure for construction works, part B]. Another major area of my work concerns legal questions in connection with architects’ and engineers’ contracts, which primarily include issues such as charging and enforcing fees, architects’ and engineers’ liability as well as the assertion of insurance claims.
