Since my admission to the bar in 2007 I have been primarily working in the field of corporate law. Besides that, I advise clients on the sale and purchase of medium-sized enterprises and participations therein.

International commercial law is another major area of my work. I process cases relating to matters of cross-border trade, contract and distribution law.

Before I joined Habel Böhm & Partner, I worked in a business law firm in Frankfurt am Main, especially in the field of mergers and acquisitions.

As a qualified translator I am fluent in English, French and Russian.
