Following completion of my law studies in Frankfurt am Main and my practical training in legal work in Hanau, I have been working as a lawyer since 1997. First I was employed as a lawyer in the Erfurt office of a medium-sized regional commercial law firm. Since 2000 I have been working for Habel Böhm & Partner, becoming a partner in 2006.
The main emphasis of my work in the field of administrative law is on public building law and procurement law, which has become one of my central fields of activity to the extent to which its legal importance has increased. Apart from the standard work as a lawyer, I give lectures in procurement law to administration experts and entrepreneurs. In employment law I concentrate on the employers’ side due to my exclusive experience of working in commercially-oriented law firms.
